Online Registration is Now Open
The online
registration will be available through Tuesday, January 6th, 2009. After
December 31st there will be an additional $50 late fee added to your
registration. |

Paperwork Turn in
The last day to turn in paperwork is Wednesday,
January 7th from 6pm – 9pm at Parks and Recreation center
Conference Room (at the end of Pine Trails Park).
If you do not have your paperwork turned in by this date your child will
be ineligible to tryout and there will be no refunds. |

NEW REQUIREMENT: All new AND returning players
must provide three (3) proofs of residency (i.e., driver’s license,
voter registration, cable bill, insurance, only one utility bill) and a
birth certificate. |
